You Think Your Invincible But Then This Happens...

Last week in the studio has been pretty painful for me.   For some reason my lower back is hurting. Is it the exercise? Is it how I am sitting in the crappy studio chair? I don't know what the cause is but I am going INSANE! This needs to be corrected and PRONTO!!! Here's my chair.  I didn't buy it or anything.  It was being thrown out and so I rescued it.  I'm a sucker for old things.  I like things that have a history.   Guess I'm just nostalgic  or  something but if I replace the chair with a better one will it help my back? The Chair Somehow I relate this new back issue with getting ready to turn 46 (tomorrow) but nahhhhh.  This can't be it. Right? HA!  So if any of you readers out there have ANY suggestions PLEASE leave me a comment.  I'm desperate and have been on the web looking for chairs. I'm now back to doing my A and B salutations in yoga hoping it will help. In the meantime nothing and I mean NOT

It all started with this green stone known as uvarovite.  Now that stone has been with me for about 2 years, maybe 3.  It was time for it to go out into the world. The pendant was all done and ready to accept the stone. BUT...I wasn't feeling it. COME...ON!  Are you kidding me? All you have to do is add the stone and move on or is it? My hands moved over to my stone box (I have only one).   Really?   Yes, only one and pulled out this beautiful blue stone.
